Individual course bookings work for one person. When a department, site or whole company needs the same competence, a team package is faster to buy, cheaper per seat and easier to defend in an inspection.

Frequently asked questions
Who can use the seats we buy?
Any employee of the purchasing company. Seats are bought by the company, so you decide who attends and can replace a participant up to 24 hours before a session.
Can we mix packages and team sizes?
Yes. A proposal can combine several packages and a different number of participants per package, for example GMP Foundations for 30 operators and Data Integrity for 8 QC analysts.
How is the price calculated?
By package, number of participants and delivery format. Larger teams pay less per seat, and private or in-house delivery is priced per cohort. Your proposal states a fixed total before you commit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card and company purchase orders. We issue one invoice for the whole package.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes. Participants who attend at least 80% of the sessions receive a certificate of attendance; those who also pass the final assessment with at least 70% receive a certificate of completion with a unique verification number.
Will the training count as GMP training evidence?
We provide attendance records, assessment results, agendas and trainer details for every participant, so you can file them in your training system as documented training. Whether the training meets a specific role requirement remains your quality unit’s decision.
Can the content be adapted to our company?
For Department, Enterprise and In-house plans we add case studies, SOP references and regulatory examples from your own products and markets, after a short scoping call.
Can you train at our site?
Yes. Our trainers deliver on site in the MENA region and Europe, and any package can also run as a private live virtual programme.
